EVERY KID A BOOK offers a new beginning for middle and high school students, many of whom are getting to actually own a book for the very first time. Through this program, students experience the fun of looking for and choosing just the right books, and we delight in the incredulous looks on their faces when we hand deliver the books assuring them, "Yes, this book is yours to keep."
EVERY PLAYER A BOOK
EVERY PLAYER A BOOK redefines the role of the student athlete by showing players that sports and reading go hand in hand. Through this program, we’ve experienced the joy of seeing players on the team bus enroute to a game with their noses in books instead of staring at video screens.
CLASSROOM LIBRARIES
CLASSROOM LIBRARIES are a hallmark of our MJ PROJECT outreach to both teachers and students alike. What could be more stimulating than a bookcase filled with titles handpicked for their high-interest appeal? A classroom filled with students reading them, that's what!
3 FOR FREE
3 FOR FREE gives middle and high school students the opportunity to choose three books that will keep them reading for pleasure during the summer months when school is not in session. Through this program, we are able to offer students a quiet escape during long, hot summer days.
